But while there is nothing wrong with burning the midnight oil from time-to-time, that may not be the wisest thing to do. "When you’re running a small company, you’re by definition a problem-solver,” small business advisor Alice Bredin told Time. “Morning, noon and night you’re solving problems. It’s hard to do that well if you aren’t recharging your batteries.”
